Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DELTA ASIC Management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms on behalf of that organization.

2. Service Description

DELTA provides a SaaS platform for ASIC mining equipment management, including:

  • Equipment tracking and maintenance management
  • Real-time monitoring and analytics dashboards
  • Team collaboration and role-based access
  • ASIC hosting and colocation services
  • Hardware procurement and sales
  • Push notifications and alert system

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Free Trial: New accounts receive a 60-day free trial with full access. No credit card required.

Paid Plans: After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription. Plans are billed monthly in USD via Stripe.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through the subscription management page. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated bots or scrapers against the platform
  • Resell access to the Service without written authorization

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. DELTA does not claim ownership of your mining data, equipment records, or any content you create.

You grant DELTA a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. Service Level

DELTA aims for 99.9% uptime for the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

Enterprise customers receive dedicated SLA terms as specified in their service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

DELTA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For enterprise customers, dispute resolution provisions in individual agreements take precedence.
